While these Fresh Air purifiers used to sell for over $400 on a regular basis, now regularly fetch under $300 and some go for under $200. I was able to find one unit sold in the last month that went for over $400, but that is only a single unit when many of these purifiers have sold form $450 or more on eBay in the past.
One warning about buying an air purifier from EcoQuest on eBay though, if you do purchase one on eBay, it will probably not be covered by their 3 year warranty because dealers are not authorized to sell them through this venue.
But you have to make th echoice for yourself as to whether you want to pay $749 for one of these filtration and purification systems and get a warranty or if you want to save maybe $300 or $400 and forgo the warranty.
Whatever you pay though, these fresh air machines do a great job of leaving your home clean and fresh smelling and they do get rid of odors and dust.

Cleaning your ozone plates is simple with the kit as you just have to fill place the plates on the rack, the tank with water, add the cleaning solution, wait 24 hourrs and then rinse your plates and let them dry. You then insert the clean, dry plates back into your EcoQuest air purifier.
Supposedly tests have show that the kit is more effective than cleaning the plates by hand. Of course the tests were probably performed by EcoQuest so what would you expect the results to be?
The cleaning kit sounds like a great idea until you find out the price. At a cost of $59 you can probably buy a lot of bottles of Windex and toothbrushes. My prefered cleaning method always seems to work just fine. Spray one side of the plate thoroughly with Windex or another ammonia based glass cleaner, scrub the wire mesh vigorously in one direction with a toothbrush, turn the plate 90 degrees and scrub vigorously again in the same direction across the wire mesh, flip the plate over and repeat.
